Military training Liaison

Gary Lorimer has been managing NATO Forces exercises and the coordination, movement and implementation of role players in live training scenarios for 16 years. As Allied Container Systems (ACS) Senior Managing Field Director he has been responsible for all aspects of over 55+ full scale training exercises deliverable, from initial planning and scenario development through to the creation and presentation of materials to clients for After Action Reviews (AARs) for the UK, USA and Canadian Forces. As the direct liaison between the military and the civilian production company, his responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising casting and casting development, recruiting and managing field directors and production staff, advising wardrobe development, coordinating with special effects (SPFX) teams and developing special effects scenarios to meet Forces and first responders training requirements.

Gary has become a Subject Matter Expert in the field of mock training exercise and scenario design utilizing role players and SPFX teams to help different branches of military, police and first responders achieve their training objectives.
